The servers do not have ImageMagick installed right now,
breaking the automated builds.
Revert this for now.

This allows projects to opt out for space limited devices.
Also create a common_mini.mk and populate it with common stuff from
the common_mini_*.mk files.

* Deneb.ogg was removed in a recent commit. Replace it with Argon.ogg
which sounds exactly the same.

For tablets with constrained system partitions (i.e. Xoom),
leave out some optional packages.
