The initial version of bbb-stress-test was developped and tested with
a BBB instance configured with echo test disabled. As a result, it
does not work on a standard BBB installation.
On a fresh environment, the `make bootstrap` command fails with the
following error : `Couldn't find env file`. The `.env` file must be
generated before building the docker image.
